Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is CAD?

2. Why was this program started?

CAD (computer-aided design) uses computer-based software to aid in design processes. CAD jewelry training refers to the process of learning and mastering the CAD software that is specifically tailored for jewellery design and manufacturing

CAD aims to optimize and streamline the designer's workflow, increase productivity, improve the quality and level of detail in the design, improve documentation communications, and often contribute toward a manufacturing design database.

We have started CADIndia under our trust, the Jitendra Kirtilal Bhansali Trust. We created this program to provide CAD training at discounted rates to the underprivileged members of our society. Through this 4 month's program, we wish to provide the students with a strong understanding of CAD software for them to become highly-skilled workers and get recruited by top jewellery companies all over India.

3. Jobs after graduating?

We have experience in teaching CAD for over 25 years. We are very well connected with many top jewellery companies across India. As each class graduates we will try our best to connect the students with these companies. We will try and hold recruitment meetings with some of these companies at our offices too. We will try our best to ensure that each student gets a job, but at the end of the day, the interview conducted and the job placement will rely on the student's merit, both academic and behavioural.

4. Giving back to the organization?

Our course at CADIndia is being taught by very experienced professors who are providing the best CAD training possible. However, since we wished to make it more accessible, we have not priced it as competitively as other courses. As a result, post-graduation, if a student feels our course helped them get a good job, we would request them to donate some money back to our trust so we can continue teaching more students and expand further!
